Wyland Galleries Layaway Program

Layaway Terms & Conditions

  • This program is available only at participating Wyland Galleries*
  • Only Wyland Fine Art is available for layaway**
  • Layaways will be offered for a period of 12 months only.
  • A minimum down payment of 10% is required.
  • The purchase balance will be divided into twelve equal monthly payments and automatically billed to your credit or debit card on the 15th of every month until the balance is paid in full.
  • The layaway may be cancelled within seven (7) days of purchase for refund or exchange. Thereafter all sales shall be considered final and no refunds will be permitted; only store credit will issued.
  • Art/Sculpture edition numbers cannot be reserved.
  • If two consecutive layaway payments are missed Wyland Galleries reserves the right to cancel the layaway agreement and issue a gift card less a 10% restock fee.
  • These terms and conditions apply only to new layaway agreements made after January 1, 2009 and supersede all layaway agreements made prior to this date.

    • Exclusions

  • Posters, books, small collectable items, acrylic sculptures, clothing and jewelry are excluded from the layaway program.
